Santorum congratulated Romney on his win, but said he is looking forward to debating him in the more conservative Palmetto State.
"We have a campaign and a message that can deliver what we need -- which is first and foremost to defeat President Obama," Santorum said.
The noted social conservative said he would maintain his campaign theme of "faith and family" during the coming South Carolina campaign.
